Follow Up Consultations provide 30-minute sessions designed to address your questions and practice new exercises tailored to your needs. During each session, we’ll offer a personalized list of exercises for you to perform at home over the next two weeks, promoting continued progress and ensuring you stay on track. Trust in our supportive approach as we work together for your optimal health and well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee
